This card has no Poke-body or Poke-power but it does have 2 moves. The first move is Energy Wheel which requires 1 energy card of any kind and does no damage. This cards effect is to move an energy from 1 of your benched Pokemon to this Pokemon. The second move is called Hurricane, which requires 3 energy cards of any kind. This attack doe 80 damage, and its effect is to move a basic energy from this Pokemon to 1 of your benched Pokemon. This card has a weakness to Electric, which doubles the damage done to this card by 2. This card has a resistance to Fighting types which decreases the damage done to this Pokemon by 20. This Pokemon has a retreat cost of 1 energy card of any kind. This card is a rare 89/98 card.

                    I would give this card a 4/5. My reasoning for this rating is because it can do descent damage and help out your benched Pokemon while at the same time you could be adding extra energy cards to this card to attack quicker.
